Rooms

The Palm Coast Villas feature a variety of rooms to accommodate you, whether you’re traveling alone, with your family, or with a large group. Dogs are welcome, by advance reservation with a pet fee. We have fourteen historic rooms built in 1930 (all have been updated), and twenty modern rooms and suites built recently. All rooms have modern conveniences to make your stay feel like home: fast WiFi; arctic AC; cable TV; and kitchenettes with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. On the grounds, you’ll find additional amenities like charcoal grills, beach cruisers, hammocks, and a palm-shaded pool.

Classic Villas

Built in the 1930's, our original-style villas feature coquina rock walls and combine historic Florida with contemporary conveniences, and a kitchenette.
