The coastline between St. Augustine and Flagler Beach boasts a wide range of beautiful and often-uncrowded beaches. The coquina shell shorelines of Palm Coast are exceptionally clean and quiet with virtually no crowds, even on weekends and holidays.

Within 5 miles of the Villas are the pristine beaches of Varn Park, Jungle Hut Park, and Mala Compra Park. Less than 10 miles north are the Fort Matanzas beaches, some of which allow cars and camping. And to the south lie the clear blue waters of Cocoa, Vero, and Sebastian beaches.

Surfing

While not as well known for its surfing conditions as California or Hawaii, Florida does offer several modest, uncrowded breaks. East central Florida has also been responsible for producing a number of surf professionals, like six-time World Champion, Kelly Slater.
