Palm Coast Villas is surrounded by beautiful parks and preserves. Less than two miles north, is Washington Oaks Garden State Park, which includes a large rose garden, exotic plant species, enormous live oaks, a shady citrus grove, and a historic museum. A little further away in Flagler Beach, explore the Bulow Plantation Ruins featuring the remains of of an ante-bellum plantation and sugar mill, both built of historic coquina rock. A little closer to the Villas is the Gamble Rogers State Recreation Area, which is gently tucked between the Intercoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean on Highway A1A and features activities such as bicycling, birding, boating, camping, paddling, and fishing.
