12% tax (7% sales, 5% tourism). Pets are $25 per night, capped at $75 per stay. Extra guests beyond two are $15 per night.
Read the pet policyStandard stays: cancel at least 48 hours before arrival. Event windows: 14 days’ notice, with a one-night deposit. Any deposit is confirmed at the time of reservation.
Check-in runs 4:00–9:00pm, with 9:00pm the last arrival. Earlier arrival from 3:00pm may be possible by arrangement. Same-day arrivals: please book by 8:00pm ET. Check-out is by 11:00am. The front desk is open daily 9am–9pm ET.
All rooms are non-smoking. Quiet hours run 10:00pm–8:00am. Rollaway beds are not available — room capacities are firm.
Palm-shaded pool, open during daylight hours at no charge. Charcoal grills, guest hammocks strung between the palms, and on-site laundry. All are shared property facilities, subject to availability.
